The application enables users to email reports directly as PDF attachments or save them automatically to the device's camera roll as PNG files for transfer to desktop computers or for printing purposes. Additionally, file sharing options via iTunes are available, enhancing flexibility in document management.

All reports can be prepared using either SI Metric or Imperial units, with the ability to incorporate mixed units within data entry fields as required. For example, temperatures may be entered in °C while generating an ullage report displayed in °F, configurable through environment settings.

The app supports calculations of weights and volumes based on both measurement standards, incorporating ASTM tables from 1980 and 2004 versions for user selection. It accommodates various substances including crude oil, refined products, lubrication oils, and specialized fluids like denatured ethanol.

An integrated wedge calculator assists with OBQ/ROB quantity estimations, offering configurable inputs in SI Metric or Imperial units. Users can select whether to base calculations on table volume data or tank dimensions.

The general settings interface allows customization of measurement standards, choosing between SI Metric and Imperial units, and selecting the ASTM table version—compliant with the latest API MPMS guidelines. The report configuration section enables importing company logos via email for personalization; up to two logos can be stored—designated as default or active.

The notices of discrepancy and statements of fact sections feature multiple templates alongside fully customizable options to cater to specific procedural needs. Ullage reports are adaptable for up to 23 tanks, accommodating multiple grades with flexible input units for ullages, temperatures, volumes, and densities—featuring inline conversions activated by pressing respective unit buttons.

The application allows unlimited report saving; existing reports can be duplicated to serve as templates for subsequent projects. Users can assign custom names to reports—names are validated to start with a letter and have spaces replaced by underscores.

A bottom lines calculator and a pre-cargo matrix are included to evaluate loading suitability and tank cleaning requirements pre-shipments, adding further utility to the toolset.
